Mike was a registered builder for 13 years and has built homes in Oldham, Henry, and Shelby Counties. Lynda helped start Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Oldham County, where Mike and Lynda both served on the Board. Lynda was one of the founders of The Host House in LaGrange, KY, and Mike renovated the house that is now The Host House for the Home of The Innocents. Lynda was honored in 1997 by Oldham County Business for Professional Women as the Woman of Achievement.
